Let’s hit the beach

fi / en

Marbella’s shoreline is packed with beach clubs, each more exciting than the last. They offer something for everyone, whether it’s bathing in Champagne or finding a quiet place to relax, soak up the sun and enjoy fine food. We have selected six different clubs to take a closer look at. Some are known for their lavish parties and incredible setting, others for their mellow, soul-soothing and family-friendly vibe. Sun loungers and restaurant tables should be booked in advance!

Oyana Beach

Oyana & Luuma Beach

Having opened this past April, Oyana is the newest and a simply charming addition to Marbella’s beach-club scene. The beautifully decorated club has a lovely atmosphere, good service and an enticing menu that offers both traditional fare and newer dishes with a twist, as well as diverse and exciting menu options meant for sharing.

Sun beds are 18 euros and include a towel and bottle of water.

Oyana’s sister club, Luuma Beach, with its stunning location and beautiful views, is a short distance away on the same beach. Luuma’s small beach has a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

With fresh, local ingredients sourced from both the mountains and the coasts of Andalusia, Luuma’s menu highlights the authentic flavours and colours of the Mediterranean. The menu also offers several organic and vegan options.

Nikki Beach

Nikki Beach

Nikki Beach is a global luxury beach club concept that can be found from Dubai to Miami and Koh Samui.
Year after year, Nikki Beach Marbella attracts an international clientele and is particularly popular as a meeting place for the jet-set crowd.

The club is known for its legendary parties, but only the pool area is adults-only; the beach and restaurant are family-friendly.

This year marks 20 years since the opening of Nikki Beach Marbella. This summer guests will enjoy, among other things, the newly redecorated beach club, various art installations, theme parties and guest DJs and chefs to commemorate the jubilee year.

A three-person sun bed starts at 330 euros on weekdays (includes a bottle of Champagne).

Siroko Beach

Siroko is the most traditional and laid back of the beach clubs we present here. The interior decor and the dining tables set in the sand offer a Caribbean beach restaurant vibe. It is easy to imagine spending the day at Siroko with your toes in the sand, sipping cocktails and listening to southern rhythms.

Music is an important part of Siroko: in addition to the house DJ, you will also often find live bands performing on the beach. Siroko is a popular venue for weddings, birthday parties and corporate events.

With its garden area and bouncy castle, it is also the perfect place for families with small children. Next to the club is a kiosk that rents out water sports equipment, such as standup paddleboards and jet skis.

Beach beds start at 12 euros and include a towel and soft drink.

Bono Beach

Bono Beach was completely remodelled for the 2023 summer season, and for many guests who have visited in previous summers, it will be an entirely new place and experience: the new decor is cool, light and elegant.

At Bono Beach, you can relax in a luxurious Bali Bed and enjoy the finest beach cuisine from your sun lounger or in the cosy restaurant. The DJ and other entertainers ensure an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere for the patrons.

Bono Beach’s prices are on a par with many other beach clubs in the area: sun beds start at 20 euros and go up to 500 euros for a large VIP Bali Bed, which includes towels and a bottle of Champagne.

Ocean Club

Marbella’s famous Puerto Banús marina is a hub for Europe’s elite, designer boutiques, luxury yachts, world-class restaurants and exclusive nightlife. It is also home to Ocean Club Marbella, one of Costa del Sol’s biggest beach clubs.
The club’s focal point is its massive swimming pool surrounded by sun beds.

Ocean Club enjoys the same legendary status as Nikki Beach and is known for its outstanding parties, such as its annual White Party to open the summer season, and its Champagne parties. A basic ticket to the Champagne party starts at 125 euros, and prices can go as high as 5,000 euros, depending on the type of sun bed you choose and the amount of Champagne you order.

The club’s signature restaurant, Amaï, is renowned for its seafood menu, amazing sea views and good service. A three-person sun bed starts at 185 euros.

PS At the end of May, Ocean Club opened a new beach club called Dune Beach on the beach in El Rosario – it’s worth checking out!
